Before you roast the pork steak , it is very important you brown and seal it all over to lock in those delicious juices, in a medium hot frying pan with a little melted butter, then place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C and cook for 15 minutes or too your recipe requirements.
Place pork joint on a bed of finely cut vegetables (size of the joint determines the size of the veg)
Add cider/apple juice from the start that will produce a delicious gravy.

Storage Instructions
Your meat will arrive frozen, see pack for shelf life, each cut of meat is labelled with a use by date.
When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have selected what meat you would like to eat for the day, thaw items by leaving them on the bottom shelf in your fridge on a plate covered overnight before cooking. Once thawed leave to stand for 20 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
Remember once thawed use within 2 days.
